Woodstock, Ontario, April 10, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Real Property Management (RPM) welcomes Shawn Allen to its network of franchisees as Real Property Management Alliance prepares to open in Woodstock, Ontario. Allen will be joined by General Manager, Julia Schlieman.
“Property management is often done on a part-time and informal basis,” explains Allen. “RPM Alliance will stand out from the competition because we will raise the bar for quality of service offered to our clients. We plan to cater to the small residential landlord.”
The two have more than 20 years of combined experience in the real estate industry. Allen has been investing in real estate for more than 12 years, and has a background in human resources. For 11 years Schlieman worked as a Property Appraiser and she has a certificate in Condominium Management and diplomas in Real Property Administration and Urban Land Economics.

To launch their business, Allen and Schlieman plan to put together a team of professionals and build their client base over the next few months. Within the year, they hope to have RPM Alliance as the go-to name in Real Estate Property Management in the Woodstock area.
