(Oslo, Norway, April 27, 2018) Solon Eiendom ASA Board Member Runar Vatne has today transferred 4,000,000 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA from his indirectly wholly owned company Vatne Equity AS at a price of NOK 25.00 per share.
Following this transaction Runar Vatne holds 4,000,000 shares privately and 1,979,811 shares through Vatne Equity AS, equaling 11.19 % of the total share capital and votes of the Company.
