Annual FINANCIAL Report
In accordance with the applicable regulations, Dexia Crédit Local announces the publication of its 2017 Annual Financial Report, which has been filed on April 27, with reference document status, with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) and which can be consulted on its website at http://www.dexia-creditlocal.fr/EN/Pages/dexia_home.aspx. It is also available upon request at the registered office.
The following documents are integrated into the reference document:
- The 2017 annual financial report;
- The corporate governance report;
- The statutory fees of the auditors.
