Dallas, May 17, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- WorldatWork kicks off the 2018 Total Rewards Conference and Exhibition May 21-23 in Dallas. This annual conference brings together an inspired group of HR professionals eager to spark creative thinking to find intelligent solutions to workplace challenges. More than 1,500 HR and rewards professionals representing some of the largest global companies will be in attendance.
World-renown analyst, writer, blogger and researcher, Josh Bersin, Principal and Founder, Bersin by Deloitte, will kick off the conference as the opening speaker on Monday. Bersin is an expert in strategic talent management, creating high-impact learning organizations and helping organizations drive business change through talent strategy and technology.
New to this year’s conference is the #WAWGives campaign. WorldatWork has partnered with Dallas-based Achieve, a nonprofit organization serving more than 600 adults annually with severe intellectual, physical, and or/mental health disabilities. Achieve’s goal is to empower adults with disabilities to achieve their highest level of independence and employment. At conference, WorldatWork will encourage attendees to use the #WAWGives hashtags on social media and will donate $1 per hashtag posted to Achieve, up to $5,000.
The conference features more than 200 speakers and 90 sessions led by thought leaders from renowned consulting firms and senior practitioners from today's leading organizations. Speakers will share case studies, peer insights, trends, analytics, new strategies and practical tools.
