(Oslo, Norway, 11 June 2018) Reference is made to Solon Eiendom ASA's (the "Company") prospectus dated 16 May 2018 (the "Prospectus") for inter alia the subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering") of up to 396,040 new shares (the "Offer Shares") at a subscription price of NOK 24.10 per Offer Share.
