MILWAUKEE, Wis., June 15, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Jason Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ:JASN) (NASDAQ:JASNW) (the "Company" or "Jason Industries") today announced that it has amended its First Lien Credit Agreement to extend the maturity of its undrawn revolving credit facility, such that the total commitments will be $34.3 million until June 2019, and thereafter, $30.0 million until June 2020. Prior to the amendment, the revolving credit facility was scheduled to mature in June 2019.
