HRCI’s number one selling HR certification prep option enhances prep program for HR professional exams to accelerate learner success

The BenchPrep HR Learning System is the number one selling digital prep option for the HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®), which has helped more than 500,000 professionals earn HR certifications by developing and administering the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) and Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) exams. The new course structure reflects HRCI’s updates to the upcoming August 2018 exam course outlines, which are re-designed to put a greater emphasis on employee experience, data-driven decisions, and business results.
As part of the BenchPrep HR Learning System’s ongoing efforts to improve the user experience and increase learner readiness, the PHR and SPHR prep courses are now offered as two separate self-paced learning paths for each exam. These updates have made the learning program more comprehensive and personalized for learners, and ensures all prep materials pertain to the specific exam for which candidates are preparing. Both the PHR and SPHR courses include functional area review sessions, key learning objectives, and authentic sample questions to complement other engaging learning features that provide learners with the necessary tools to successfully prepare for and pass the exams.
