LAS VEGAS, June 29, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Full House Resorts, Inc. (Nasdaq:FLL) announced today that a development agreement for construction of the Company’s expansion project at Bronco Billy’s Casino and Hotel has been approved by the Cripple Creek City Council. This approval was the last major approval needed prior to commencement of construction on the expansion project. Slated to include a new luxury hotel tower, spa, parking garage, convention and entertainment center, and high-end restaurant, the Bronco Billy’s expansion will integrate seamlessly with the existing casino. For renderings of the proposed expansion, as well as a presentation discussing the Company's rationale for its Bronco Billy's expansion, please visit the investor section of www.fullhouseresorts.com and click on "News and Events/Presentations."
Separately, a competitor recently filed a lawsuit against the City of Cripple Creek and Full House Resorts in its attempt to delay or forestall the Company’s expansion project. The Company believes the lawsuit is without merit, and both the City of Cripple Creek and Full House Resorts have filed motions to dismiss.
