Diana Larson, PCAM®, Named as Vice President of the RealManage Dallas-Fort Worth Market

Dallas, Texas, July 02, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- RealManage announced today the hiring of Diana Larson, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®, as Vice President to lead the Dallas-Fort Worth community management operations. Diana is truly passionate about the community association management industry. Her objective is twofold. First, to establish and perform principles of proper governance, facilities management and fiscal responsibility at community associations in order to maximize the value of the property and the quality of life of its residents. Second, to teach, train and supervise other managers to perform best-in-class methods to accomplish this goal.

Diana has worked within the Community Association Management Industry for approximately 27 years, the last three of which have been here in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Market.  Prior to that she resided and worked in the Chicago Suburbs Market, beginning her career path into association management as a Board President for a small Townhome Community along the Fox River, northwest of Chicago.  Diana then worked her way up to Executive Vice President of one of the largest management companies in the Chicago area.  Diana and her husband Jim now reside in Lewisville, Texas.

Diana has successfully earned and achieved the recognized designations of AMS® (Association Management Specialist) and PCAM® (Professional Community Association Manager), the highest designation possible within the industry.  She has served on the CAI-Illinois Chapter Board of Directors as Vice President, received various Chapter Awards, i.e., Rising Star, Olympus Service & Barbara Wick Award.  She is a member of the National Faculty Staff for CAI, teaching several of the PMDP M-200 courses across the United States and is a member of the Global Directory of Who’s Who, 2015.
