CHICAGO, Ill., July 30, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Today, Hillard Heintze announced that the rapidly growing firm’s year-to-date revenue through June 30, 2018 increased by 98 percent over the first six months of 2017. This was supported by a host of metrics that helped its leadership team plan and track strategy-directed goals related to areas such as client satisfaction, talent utilization, competitive differentiation, operating excellence and financial performance.
The leading security risk management company’s senior executives attribute the sustained expansion in revenue to a host of factors. These include larger, more complex and longer-term contracts within its Security Risk Management (SRM) practice and the maturation of long-term relationships with several prestigious multi-client entities within its Private Client and Family Office Consulting (PCFO) practice. They also view the year’s growth as a result of surges in demand for the firm’s Threat + Violence Risk Management services – particularly behavioral threat assessment, case consultation, and training employees, supervisors and Threat Assessment Team members – as well as the Law Enforcement Consulting practice’s recent contract awards to support San Francisco and Cleveland.
“To help our teams deliver this work as quickly as it comes in,” explains CEO and founder Arnette Heintze, “we have increased our total workforce by 20 percent since January 1, and are posting and filling open positions continuously. And we’ve been very fortunate to recruit top-notch talent. Take Bob O’Donnell, for example, who just retired from the U.S. Secret Service and is now helping Mike White, who used to lead both President Obama and Trump’s protective details, support our private client and family office network.”
O’Donnell’s career in the U.S. Secret Service began in 1996. Bob left this organization as the appointed Special Agent in Charge (SAIC) of its Dignitary Protective Division (DPD), where he evaluated the risks, threats and vulnerabilities that visiting global political leaders, dignitaries and their families faced. In this role, Bob managed more than 1,500 personnel, created and executed policies, procedures and training to optimize executive protection capabilities, and conducted assessments of commercial and residential security risks. He led the security planning for 1,075 protective visits of foreign dignitaries and 420 trips with domestic protectees in 2017 alone, and his portfolio of high-profile event security includes the 2016 Presidential Campaign and a six-day United Nations General Assembly event involving more than 130 heads of state and their families.
Among the firm’s recent new team members is former U.S. Secret Service Technical Operations Branch Chief Scott Lesto, a highly experienced physical and technical security expert who developed layered security systems and policies for 22 agency field offices and three former U.S. president’s residences. Scott also supervised and conducted Critical Infrastructure Protection Facility Surveys (CIPFS) on numerous Secret Service offices and federal buildings.
