More than 870 buy-side analysts and asset managers at almost 350 firms managing U.S. fixed-income assets participated in the All-America Fixed-Income Investor Relations survey naming best corporates across 47 business sectors.
A total of 570 companies were nominated by buy-side analysts and money managers at financial institutions that cover the region, where they identified up to four companies that dominate across the following performance and investor relations criteria:
- Most forthcoming with its financial health and balance sheets
- Most transparent with prospective negative financial events
- Most transparent with key calculations related to contractual provisions such as debt covenants
- Most highly regarded for prudent, value creating use of debt
