Ghesen entered the property management business, with his wife, Nasreen, back in 2009 when they purchased their first investment property. Since then, they have built their portfolio in both the residential and commercial sectors. They have been tenants, and landlords, and know what it takes to successfully manage a property. Ghesen brings well-rounded experience in operations and management. He has led multi-million dollar projects, and achieved exceptional results. He will bring his management and coaching skills to investors, homeowners, and tenants, alike.

During his first three months in operation, Ghesen plans to add 20 properties to their portfolio. A member of the New Westminster community since 2009, Ghesen and his wife have been active volunteers with the Immigrant Services Society of British Columbia.
