AB Vilniaus degtinė received a lawsuit of the minority shareholder, by which he is challenging the decisions of the general meeting of shareholders to approve the financial statements, the annual report, the auditor's report and to revoke and elect a new member of the supervisory board, which were taken general shareholders meeting on April 26, 2018. The company does not agree with the claim.
