According to Forrester Research’s evaluation, Cherwell achieved the highest scores possible in the execution road map and commercial/pricing model criteria.
For this Enterprise Service Management (ESM) report, the independent firm analyzed innovation in technology providers’ expanding IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities, managing demand and supply through a service app store and portfolio, ability to speed up workflow through PaaS/low-code development and active engagement of the ESM market.
