(the “Company” or “Future Farm”) (CSE: FFT) (OTCQX: FFRMF) is pleased to announce that the Company has set August 31, 2018 as the effective date for its previously announced plan of arrangement pursuant to which the Company will spin-out its 11,000,000 common shares of NexTech AR Solutions Corp. (“NexTech”) to Future Farm shareholders on a pro rata basis. As a result, the Company has set August 30, 2018 as the share distribution record date and only shareholders of record as at the share distribution record date will be entitled to receive common shares of NexTech in the spin-out.
