After a three-week nation-wide teaser campaign, Canada’s premium juice and smoothie bar, Booster Juice, is blending smoothies with blue algae (also known as Phycocyanin powder) just in time for fall. Phycocyanin powder is a non-toxic source of natural algae protein derived from the micro-algae, Spirulina.
