NEW YORK, Oct. 02, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) announced today that Tom Taylor has joined the firm as Partner and Managing Director in its Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practice.
Taylor, who is based in New York, is a seasoned business strategist with extensive experience leading the executive, financial, and operational functions of Fortune 500, private equity (PE), and strategy consulting companies. Prior to joining BCG, Taylor ran the Value Creation practice for PE firms at EY, where he led more than 70 operational diligence and post-close performance improvement engagements. Taylor brings a unique perspective to the PIPE practice, leveraging 21 years of experience in the PE industry as a board member, portfolio company executive, operating partner, and consultant across multiple industries, including consumer, insurance, and health care.
Taylor previously worked at Kraft Foods, The Hartford, JLL Partners, and PwC. He was valedictorian of his MBA class at the University of Notre Dame.
