Ottawa, Oct. 15, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Members of the media are invited to attend the launch of ReconciliAction, a campaign by the Canadian Federation of Students. ReconciliAction was created to help heal communities impacted by language loss and empower the next generation of Indigenous speakers with resources and opportunities. The campaign aims to encourage post-secondary institutions to create university and college degrees and diploma programs in Indigenous languages in accordance with the Truth and Reconciliation Commission's 16th call to action.
