New York, NY, Oct. 23, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Q&A Residential Hotel, an extended stay hotel by renowned global temporary housing provider Furnished Quarters, has added grocery delivery, a new dining option and deluxe recreational facilities to its already robust, standout set of amenities. The new amenities, all found within the hotel’s historic landmark building 70 Pine, further establish Q&A as the ideal place to eat, play and stay in Lower Manhattan.
Other amenities continuing to be offered at Q&A include popular Australian café Black Fox Coffee Co, state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center La Palestra and organic market and gourmet food hall City Acres Market.
With a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen in each suite, grocery delivery ensures guests have everything they need to prepare a home-cooked meal without leaving the hotel. Guests can return to a stocked refrigerator by simply filling out a grocery order form and providing it to the front desk staff. Groceries are supplied by City Acres Market, which opened in July 2017.
In yet another food-related development for the hotel, fast casual eatery Blue Park Kitchen is now open at 70 Pine. Blue Park specializes in healthy food at a speed and price that ensures everyday accessibility. The opening adds to the growing buzz around the Financial District’s dining scene, particularly in the fast casual sphere.
"We hope Blue Park Kitchen feels like an extension of people's homes at 70 Pine Street. We aim to serve healthful food through local grains, fresh vegetables, clean protein and housemade sauces. We’re very excited to be a part of the greater Lower Manhattan neighborhood," said Kelly Fitzpatrick, President and Founder of Blue Park Kitchen.
Additionally, Q&A Hotel guests can now access a full floor of recreational facilities previously available only to full-time residents of 70 Pine. The floor includes a bowling alley, movie screening room, billiards, ping pong and a virtual golf simulator. Q&A guests can pay a flat fee for a full day’s access to the facilities, which are especially great for families.
"We’re thrilled to be providing our guests even more in the way of food, conveniences and recreation, especially for the many families and extended stay business travelers who choose our hotel," said Derek Stumpfhauser, General Manager of Q&A Hotel. "The more we can help guests cook meals in their in-suite kitchen, grab a quick bite and have fun on the property, the better."
Q&A Hotel will soon celebrate its third anniversary on November 25.
