In accordance with section 31 of the Danish Capital Market Act, please be informed that on 30 October 2018, UIE owns a total of 178,042 treasury shares, corresponding to 5,01% of the share capital, thereby exceeding 5% of the total share capital and the total voting rights in the Company.
