The Board of DXS International plc (the “Company”), the NEX quoted clinical decision support developer and supplier of clinical decision support systems is pleased to confirm that it has been notified that the Chairman, Bob Sutcliffe, has purchased 18,857 Ordinary Shares at a price of 10.5p per share on 31 October 2018.
Following the transaction specified above Mr Sutcliffe holds 456,548 Ordinary Shares representing 1.30% of the issued share capital of the Company.
