AS "Rīgas elektromašīnbūves rūpnīca" (RER) informs that it has received an information from shareholder MEASURESTEP ENTERPRISES LIMITED notice about substantial participation, according to which CROWNING FINANCE CYPRUS LIMITED (18.19% from RER shares with voting rights) alienated ООО «ХОЛДИНГ ТРАНСПОРТНЫЕ КОМПОНЕНТЫ» (HOLDING TRANSKOMPONENT LTD), Moscow, Russia.
Thus MEASURESTEP ENTERPRISES LIMITED indirect participance in RER voting rights capital decreased by 18.19% and equals to 46%.
