Notice of call to Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Gate Ventures PLC, a global media and entertainment operating company, is hereby sending notice of call to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Gate Ventures PLC to all shareholders.
The AGM will take place on Thursday December 20, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at 5th Floor, St Andrews Building, 17 Old Park Lane, London W1K 1QT, UK.
Any Shareholder who wishes to appoint a proxy to attend and vote at the AGM should note that a valid form of proxy must be received by the Company's share registrar Link Asset Services at PXS, 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham BR3 4TU, UK no less than 48 hours before the time appointed for the AGM.
The circular and notice as well as the valid proxy form are attached to this release.
