Now serving as Regional Manager to the First Team offices at Anaheim Hills, Tustin, and Newport Beach, Terry has taken on the responsibility of managing agent productivity, recruiting, and retention while continuing the positive and upbeat culture he was known for instilling in the company as an agent and as the manager of Anaheim Hills. During Karges tenure, he has grown that office from 84 agents to over 140.
