The Board of Directors of Avidly Plc has today decided to change Avidly’s reporting structure. Avidly will report two segments from the accounting period starting from 1 January 2019 onwards. The two business areas and reporting segments will be Marketing Services and Inbound Marketing.
Avidly’s guidance for revenue in 2018 (unchanged from the company announcement on 2 October 2018) is approx. EUR 20 million and for gross profit EUR 15.0 - 15.5 million. Avidly estimates that Marketing Services is approx. 90% of the revenue and 85% of the gross profit and Inbound Marketing is approx. 10% of the revenue and 15% of the gross profit in 2018.
Avidly estimates that the share of Inbound Marketing of Avidly’s total revenue and gross profit will grow significantly in 2019. The Inbound Marketing in Norway, Denmark and Sweden was consolidated to Avidly’s figures only from 1 September 2018 onwards. Avidly also has plans to grow this business area significantly in the future. Avidly will publish more detailed financial targets in connection with its strategy update.
Avidly currently guides for 2019 (unchanged from the company announcement on 19 December 2018) revenues of approx. EUR 22 - 24 million and EBIT improving compared to the guidance of 2018 (EBIT of EUR 0.4 - 0.6 million and adjusted EBIT EUR 0.7 - 0.9 million).
Avidly will publish its Financial Statements for 2018 on 7 March 2019.
