(Redwood), the innovative development and management company known for its single-story apartment homes, has a newly appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman of the Board. Redwood’s founder and visionary leader, Steve Kimmelman, will now serve as Chairman of Redwood’s Board. David Conwill has advanced into the CEO position after serving as Redwood President.
Both winners of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, Kimmelman and Conwill are excited to continue their 15-year partnership in innovation to support the growth and success of Redwood. They intend to work together, utilizing all of the talents of the Redwood team, to build upon the hard work that has made Redwood a certified Great Place to Work® and an even more remarkable place for residents to call home.
