Washington, DC, Feb. 12, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- One of the nation’s leading veteran service organizations, Team Red, White & Blue (Team RWB), today announced that Scott Jensen has been named Chief Operations Officer.
In his new role, Mr. Jensen will oversee the leadership, development, management, and execution of Team RWB’s programs and services. He will work closely with the executive team, staff, and volunteer leaders to ensure excellence and impact in existing and future programs and services.

A retired Marine Corps helicopter pilot, Mr. Jensen’s combat deployments included time in Somalia, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Following his service, Scott worked as a non-profit executive both in leadership development and as the CEO of a military and veteran-serving organization. His work while on active duty and with nonprofits centered on combating sexual assault and harassment, and allowed him to build and maintain strong ties to individuals and organizations that serve active duty members, veterans, and their families.
