The device was developed in collaboration with Gemtek, a leading Taiwan-based network equipment vendor, to further simplify the deployment of the Aerial WiFi motion detection solution. The Smart Plug-In lets users of the Aerial solution easily connect to their existing access point in a variety of indoor environments, from residential to office spaces and more.
Using the existing WiFi as the sensor, Aerial’s AI solution enables motion detection in a multitude of contexts: energy management, hospitality, building management, elderly monitoring and other healthcare applications. Combining WiFi from Quantenna and motion detection from Aerial makes for an unbeatable match that will drive the next generation of motion-enabled solutions.
