(Nasdaq: SSTI), the leader in gunshot detection solutions that help law enforcement officials identify, locate and deter gun violence, today announced the appointment of Nasim Golzadeh to the position of Senior Vice President, Customer Support and Professional Services – part of the company’s executive management team. With more than 13 years in key leadership positions at CentralSquare Technologies (formerly TriTech Software Systems), an industry leader in public safety and public administration software, Golzadeh most recently served as its Vice President of Operations and Professional Services.
Golzadeh brings public safety, support and professional services experience to her new role. She will be responsible for the company’s technical support operations and Incident Review Center, as well as professional services, including forensic services, data integration services, and training. Golzadeh joins ShotSpotter at a time the company is undertaking new strategies to add more value for its customers and better monetize its growing suite of professional services.
