(NASDAQ GS: HBNC, “Horizon”) today announced the completion of the previously announced acquisition of Salin Bancshares, Inc. (“Salin”), and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Salin Bank and Trust Company (“Salin Bank”) of Indianapolis, Indiana, effective March 26, 2019. Salin was merged into Horizon immediately followed by the merger of Salin Bank into Horizon Bank, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Horizon.
