LURGASHALL, England, April 02, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Jacquie Lawson has today released a new digital gift titled Curio Collection. The setting is the cosy sitting-room of a seasoned global traveller, full of curiosities and memorabilia collected from strange cultures in far-flung continents. The user can click on any of these exotic objects to reveal a variety of games, challenging puzzles, creative projects, and lots of unexpected surprises.
Unlike the company’s popular Advent Calendars, which are similar in concept, there’s no fixed timetable and all the games and other amusements are available from the day of purchase. There are fun new versions of many popular games, as well as brand-new ones such as Mahjong Solitaire, a hidden word game and the addictive Mandala Maker. The main scene is adorned with hidden surprises, enticing users to hunt around for places to click. And to accompany it all there’s a music player with a variety of melodies from around the world.
The Jacquie Lawson Curio Collection costs just $5 or £3.70, reduced to only $3 (£2.30) when ten or more copies are purchased at once. It’s compatible with iPads and other tablets, Windows PCs and Apple Mac computers, and even most smartphones.
