LOVELAND, Colo. and COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., April 02, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Information and Real Estate Services, LLC (IRES), a Loveland-based multiple listing service (MLS) serving northern Colorado, and Pikes Peak REALTOR Services Corp. (RSC), a Colorado Springs-based MLS serving southern Colorado, today announced the activation of a data sharing between the two organizations. The collaboration provides REALTORS®, brokers and appraisers of both MLSs with easy access to more listing data and a larger audience to help clients find and sell their dream homes.
“RSC and IRES have spent the last few months working to integrate each other’s data sets into their respective MLS systems,” said Lauren Hansen, CEO of IRES. “With this integration, subscribers of either service can access listings from either organization through either the IRES or RSC interface.”
IRES and RSC initially announced the goal to implement data sharing between the two organizations by the end of the first quarter of 2019. The goal was achieved and data sharing is now live in time for the active spring and summer real estate season in Colorado.
This, and other collaborations between IRES and RSC, are designed to bring more value to brokers, appraisers and the consumer by creating solutions that empower real estate professionals and facilitate seamless transactions. With IRES’s 4,700 listings and RSC’s 4,000 listings, brokers can broaden their reach, creating more opportunities for their clients to sell or buy a home — or both.
Aside from data sharing, IRES and RSC have also worked together on a SentriLock Full Reciprocity Agreement, as well as RPR View, which allows users from both systems to view listings using the Realtors Property Resource (RPR) module.
