What: After a nearly three month search, Flottman Company is excited to announce the hiring of Joe Stone as Flottman Company’s Production Manager. Mr. Stone will oversee the day-to-day production efforts for our pharmaceutical, commercial and digital printing solutions.
Why: At the end of 2018, Flottman Company’s previous Production Manager, Dave Conner, selected retirement after holding the position for 15 years. “Dave was an exceptional attribute to Flottman Company’s growth from a 1-2 million dollar business to now over a 5 million dollar service provider. We look forward to Joe continuing our success,” said Peter Flottman, Owner and CFO of Flottman Company.
When: At the start of the New Year, Joe Stone took control of the reins as of January 1, 2019. There will be a brief period where Dave Connor’s time overlaps with Mr. Stone’s indoctrination, providing an opportune knowledge share.
Where: Flottman Company is a print production facility in Northern Kentucky that specializes in miniature folded leaflets, directions for use flyers and informational pharmaceutical inserts. Who: Joe Stone, formerly with Graphic Village, WS Packaging and Spring Dot brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of production, procurement and delivery. Mr. Stone’s proficiencies in attributes for estimating, planning and scheduling made him an ideal candidate for this position. Mr. Stone is a life-long resident of Kentucky, graduate of Newport Catholic High School and served our great country for six years in the US Army.
