Announcement concerning board member
Gate Ventures PLC, a global media and entertainment operating company, hereby announces that the Company’s COO Mrs. Anita Luu has as of today stepped down from the board of directors.
Mrs. Anita Luu will remain as a consultant with the Company until July 10, 2019 and the current board members will resume her COO duties until a suitable replacement is found.
The Company thanks her for her services, which have been greatly appreciated by the executive management and the board of directors.
