(OTC: MJTV) announces that the Company has executed a Letter of Intent to explore a strategic relationship with VideoKall, Inc., a new player in telehealth, pioneering the first unmanned micro-clinics for indoor, mobile, and outdoor locations. Once the relationship is formalized, MJ Biotech will raise funds to pursue areas of common interests with market penetration in underserved locations across the US.
VideoKall is planning on production locations in Minnesota and Maryland, plus utilizing satellite and terrestrial telecommunications services for private links between patients and medical staff. VideoKall has strong interests in the retail, senior living, trucking and farm worker markets.
