The acquisition will further the complementary strengths of Visual Next and CGS’s industry leading BlueCherry® software solution. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
With a rapidly changing market along with the trend for unified commerce and the convergence of retail and wholesale, customers are demanding a complete solution to manage all channels of their business.
