Digia acquires Accountor Enterprise Solutions Oy in order to strengthen its growth in the digital business solutions market
Digia Plc and Accountor Holding Oy signed an agreement on 27 June 2019, through which Digia Plc will acquire the entire share capital of Accountor Enterprise Solutions Oy (AES). AES specialises in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Oracle NetSuite solutions, including projects and continuous services. The net debt-free purchase price is EUR 9.4 million, and the transaction date is 1 August 2019.
In 2018, Accountor Enterprise Solutions Oy’s net sales amounted to EUR 12.7 million and the company employed 101 people. As of 1 June 2019, the company employed 114 people. After the acquisition, more than 360 professionals will work in Digia’s ERP and CRM systems service area.
The transaction is part of Digia’s growth strategy, which is focused on the development of our customers’ digital business. The ERP and CRM operations play a part in this. By joining our forces, we can offer even more comprehensive solutions to our customers.
Digia has extensive experience in the delivery and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The skill sets of Digia and AES experts complement one another well. AES will particularly strengthen Digia’s CRM and D365 Finance and Operations deployments. Following the acquisition, Digia will start offering a completely new solution: Oracle NetSuite.

Digia’s strengths include providing its customers with functional and developing comprehensive solutions using suitable technologies and continuously developing its competence and service offering. For the personnel, the acquisition will create new opportunities to work on interesting projects”, says Timo Levoranta, President and CEO of Digia.
The net debt-free purchase price of EUR 9.4 million will be reconciled using the net cash on the transaction date, 1 August 2019. The purchase price is paid with a bank loan.
Profit guidance for 2019
The profit guidance for 2019 remains unchanged: “Digia’s net sales will continue to grow and operating profit will improve compared to 2018.”
