Red River Bancshares, Inc. Approves Stock Repurchase Program; Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend


ALEXANDRIA, La., Aug. 27, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Red River Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: RRBI) (the “Company”) announced today that its Board of Directors (the “Board”) approved a stock repurchase program. The repurchase program authorizes the Company to purchase up to $3 million of outstanding shares of common stock through August 27, 2021. Repurchases may be made from time to time in the open market at prevailing prices and based on market conditions, or in privately negotiated transactions. Blake Chatelain, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, said, “Approval of this stock repurchase program shows our commitment to promoting liquidity in the shares and enhancing shareholder value.”

The Board also declared a quarterly cash dividend in an amount equal to $0.06 per share of common stock. The cash dividend is payable on September 24, 2020, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 14, 2020.
