Roland A. Boucher is a licensed professional engineer and former engineering program manager with the Hughes Aircraft Co. Space Division in California. Boucher has a BS with distinction in Electrical Engineering from the University of Connecticut and an MS in Engineering from Yale University. He is the author of numerous technical articles in national journals. In 2013, Boucher began his study of ancient measurements and has presented his research at numerous national conferences. He currently resides in Irvine, California.
