C-Bond Systems’ Distributor A1 Glass Coating Expands Pipeline for C-Bond BRS Projects to Four More Texas Schools and Expects to Recognize an Additional $300,000 in Revenue from these Pending Jobs

These four new pipeline projects are in addition to the 12 schools and $200,000 of expected revenue for A1 Glass Coating that C-Bond announced in April 2021, bringing the total amount of expected revenue for A1 Glass to over $500,000 for projects using C-Bond BRS

HOUSTON, June 03, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- C-Bond Systems (the “Company” or “C-Bond”) (OTC: CBNT), a nanotechnology solutions company, announced today that its premier distributor, A1 Glass Coating (“A1 Glass”), has further increased its pipeline for C-Bond BRS (ballistic-resistant system) projects to four additional schools in Texas. A1 Glass Coating expects to recognize more than $300,000 in revenue from these four pending jobs using C-Bond BRS, as well as $200,000 in revenue from the 12 previously announced projects in A1 Glass’s pipeline for a total of $500,000 in expected revenue for these 16 schools.

C-Bond BRS is a ballistic-resistant film system that consists of the patented C-Bond glass strengthening technology and security film. The C-Bond technology chemically bonds to the defects randomly distributed on the glass surface to increase impact resistance and prevent breakage. C-Bond BRS is validated by an independent third-party laboratory to provide National Institute of Justice (NIJ) Level I, Level IIA, Level II, and Underwriters Laboratories (UL) 752 ballistic-resistant protection.

A1 Glass is an expert installer of C-Bond BRS and C-Bond Secure, which is a window film application to deter forced entry, in multiple schools and other facilities throughout Texas. C-Bond BRS and C-Bond Secure can be installed on existing glass surfaces or can be retrofitted into the existing framing system without the additional cost for structural changes to business design. Videos demonstrating the capabilities of C-Bond BRS can be found on the Company’s website.

“We are working closely with A1 Glass to continue to grow both of our companies’ businesses,” said Scott R. Silverman, Chairman and CEO of C-Bond. “Our strong relationship is mutually beneficial since A1 Glass is a leading installer of our patented window film solutions throughout Texas.”

C-Bond’s glass strengthening protection solutions have been installed in numerous schools, government buildings, media sites, and other high-security facilities around the country. C-Bond’s technology is protected by 22 patents and patent-pending applications.
