Company completes final steps before trading on the OTC expected to resume
LOS ANGELES, CA, Nov. 30, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PINEAPPLE, INC. (OTC Grey: PNPL) (the “Company” or “Pineapple”), a publicly traded company in the legal cannabis industry with a portfolio of assets spanning operational management, technology, IP licensing, cannabis property rentals, and equity ownership in cannabis retail and production facilities. The company today announced it has filed its quarterly results for the periods ending March 31, June 30, and September 30, 2021, with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). The Company’s 2021 Quarterly Reports, as well as all other filings, can be found at: https://sec.report/CIK/0001654672.
CEO & President Shawn Credle commented, “We are anticipating the completion of necessary steps prior to being re-listed as an over–the-counter stock on the OTC Markets platform. Once there, normalized trading can commence for our shareholders and the Company will immediately be pursuing an OTCQB designation, which is a higher trading tier on the OTC Markets platform. The Company has already begun the process of contacting OTC Markets Group and completing the forms necessary for the upgraded tier. That filing only happens once the Company is placed back on the Pink Market from the Grey Market, where it currently is domiciled. We have never been this close to rehabilitating the Company so it feels great that we were able to cross this final hurdle. We aim to be trading on the OTC Markets platform by year-end.”
