WINNIPEG, Manitoba, April 27, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- DELTA 9 CANNABIS INC. (TSX: DN) (OTCQX: DLTNF) ("Delta 9" or the "Company"), announces that it has completed a private placement of 2,038,217 common shares of the Company (“Common Shares”), for a deemed price of $0.314 per Common Share, to Oak Hill Financial Inc. (“Oak Hill”), in satisfaction of a success fee payable to Oak Hill pursuant to an advisory services agreement dated October 27, 2021 between Oak Hill and the Company in connection with the closing of the Company’s new credit facilities with Connect First Credit Union Ltd. on March 31, 2022 (the “Offering”).
The final closing of the Offering remains subject to the approval of the TSX.
