Iselin, NJ, Sept. 05, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- World Insurance Associates LLC (“World”), a Top 50 Insurance Brokerage, announced today that it acquired the business of Prism of Cedarhurst, NY as of July 1, 2023. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Prism was founded in 1994 and specializes in serving the healthcare industry. In addition to providing full brokerage services, Prism provides a unique and exceptionally effective approach to risk management. It is this focus on prevention, loss control and claims management for workers' compensation and professional liability exposures that has earned them the reputation as Industry Leaders.
