NKK Switches’ Series LB assembly of an illuminated pushbutton with the bold legends “ON” or “START” includes a transparent splash cover that delivers additional environmental protection beyond the switch’s IP65 rating. The standard size single pole switch is a 22mm bushing mount with either a momentary or maintained circuit. With its compact design, behind panel depth is minimized.
Uniquely designed light diffusion and filtering system contribute to full surface illumination with front panel relamping. The “ON” and “START” laser-etched legends on the cap lens are easily decipherable even in low light environments, with illumination provided by super bright white LEDs.
Series LB Illuminated Pushbuttons are rated 3 amps and have a minimum electrical life of 100,000 cycles, and a mechanical life of 200,000 operations for the maintained circuit, or 1,000,000 for the momentary. The solder lug/quick connect terminals are epoxy sealed, deterring entry of contaminants, and improving contact stability.
