(“Doman” or “the Company”) (TSX:DBM) is pleased to announce the early renewal of its senior revolving credit facility with its lender and agent, Wells Fargo Capital Finance Corporation (Canada) and CIBC, RBC and TD as syndicate lenders. Doman has renewed its senior revolving banking facility of $500 million, for an additional four year term to April 30, 2028. The facility was renewed on terms and conditions generally consistent with the current facility.
