The company’s common shares, previously trading on the OTC Market under the ticker symbol “NREG,” will begin trading on the OTC Market under the ticker symbol “PKLE” effective upon the market's open on August 16, 2024.

This change in name and ticker symbol will not impact the organization's operations, management, or structure. Shareholders are not required to take any specific action regarding this update. Existing stock certificates remain valid and require no exchange.
