DALLAS, Sept. 9, 1999 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Board of Trustees of Continental Mortgage and Equity Trust (Nasdaq:CMETS) Thursday announced the payment of a third quarter dividend of 15 cents per share. The distribution will be payable Oct. 5, 1999, to shareholders of record on Sept.20, 1999.
The 15 cents per share dividend represents the 27th consecutive quarterly distribution for Continental Mortgage.
Continental Mortgage and Equity Trust, a real estate investment trust, invests in real estate nationwide, as well as in mortgage loans on real estate.
