SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 11, 2000 (PRIMEZONE) -- First Security Van Kasper (FSVK) today announced the appointment of Roberta D. Cleary to the position of Executive Vice President and Director of Syndicate.
Ms. Cleary will be responsible for all firm underwriting and approving all transactions effected by FSVK. She will report to Jon Merriman, Executive Vice President and Senior Managing Director of Equity Capital Markets.
Prior to joining FSVK, Ms. Cleary was Vice President, Equity Capital Markets for 13 years at Chase H & Q, formerly Hambrecht and Quist. She attended Brookdale College in Lincroft, New Jersey where she received a BA degree.
