We have been informed that Corbis S.A., Brussels, Belgium, who previously held 3 181 500 Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj shares, has increased its shareholding by 445 000 shares. Corbis S.A.’s aggregate shareholding in Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj amounts to 3 626 500 shares, representing 25.42 per cent of the shares and the votes in Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj. If the number of the company’s own shares acquired by Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj is deducted from the total number of shares, Corbis S.A.’s holding is 26.53 per cent.
