FLS Aerospace Holding A/S

Mr Stephen Henderson has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of FLS Aerospace Holding, and will take up his position on 1 May 2000. Stephen Henderson, 51 and a British national, will also join the FLS Group Management Board.

Stephen Henderson brings with him a professional engineering background and broad international business experience in the aircraft servicing industry. He has achieved outstanding results in the positions he has held during his career, most recently as President of BF Goodrich Aerospace Component Services Division. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1997, he was Vice President and General Manager, Sales of GE Engine Services, and from 1991 to 1996, he was President and Managing Director of Aviall Caledonian Engine Services Inc.

Stephen Henderson will continue and finish the current critical review of the FLS Aerospace Group with a view to initiating steps that will ensure future profitable management and development of the business.
